Did you get those $.25 packs of dry Lipton Soup a few weeks ago at Meijer? When it was cooler last week I made a PotRoast. Take one pack of the Lipton onion soup and pour it over the meat (kinda use it like a rub). Pour over one can of Cream of Mushroom Soup. Bake on 325 for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs (if frozen bake for 3) Check in regular intervals and spoon soup over meat. If you like your meat with lots of gravy use two cans of Cream of Mushroom. Spoon extra gravy over mashed potatoes!! This also makes up well in a Crock Pot.
